  • What ingredients are used in SavvyScents products?
    We prioritize high-quality, natural ingredients that are safe for you and your home. Our scents are crafted with a blend of premium essential oils and naturally-derived ingredients, and we never use harmful chemicals or artificial additives.
  • Are your products safe for pets and children?
    Yes, our products are designed with safety in mind. However, we recommend keeping candles, wax melts, and reed diffusers out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidental spills or burns.
  • Do you offer sample sizes?
    At the moment, we do not offer sample sizes, but we’re working on adding them soon! Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on new product releases and availability.
  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
  • What is your return policy?
    We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it for a return or exchange. Please note that products must be unused and in their original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Currently, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally soon, so stay tuned for updates!
  • How should I care for my candles to get the best burn?
    For the best experience with our candles, we recommend trimming the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn and allowing the candle to burn long enough for the melted wax to reach the edges of the container. This helps prevent tunneling and extends the life of your candle.
  • Can I order SavvyScents products for events or as gifts?

  • Are your products eco-friendly?
    Yes, sustainability is one of our core values. We use recyclable packaging, reusable containers, and responsibly sourced materials whenever possible.
